Man of the century

A newspaper reporter acts and lives as if it were the 1920s, using a typewriter, cliches from then; everyone and everything else is 1990s. Shot in black and white. Starts with enough to catch a viewer's interest, then muddles along, and two-thirds of the way through picks up steam. Cute, some laughs.
